ANNUAL SPONSOR PROGRAM

Welcome to the new Annual Sponsor Program for the Sacramento Aquarium Society (SAS). The Annual Sponsor Program is designed to provide exposure and promotional opportunities to companies who provide products and services to aquarists.

The program offers three levels of sponsorship to fit companies from small to large, and each level includes SAS membership for one or more of your staff depending upon the level of sponsorship. Some levels also include one or more event admissions, for use at SAS events throughout the year.

Chili Rasbora Sponsor — $200

Chili Rasbora sponsorship is the entry level for individuals and companies providing products and services to aquarists. Chili Rasbora sponsors receive:

Cory Cat Sponsor — $500

The Cory Cat Sponsor is designed for a product or service provider who desires increased exposure year-round and a display presence at events. Cory Cat Sponsors receive:

Oscar Sponsor — $2,500

The Oscar Sponsor level provides companies with multiple annual memberships, larger event signage, display tables and complimentary admissions to multiple events, as well as more email recognition than lower-level sponsorships. Oscar Sponsors receive:

Notes

Sponsorship may be either monetary or in-kind in nature. All in-kind donations must be related to the aquarium hobby. Sponsors must provide estimated value of all proposed in-kind donations, however, the final determination of in-kind values must be reviewed and approved by the SAS Board or appointed Sponsorship sub-committee.
SAS reserves the right to withdraw sponsorship participation from any vendor should the Board receive verifiable information that the vendor or its products are found to reflect negatively upon the SAS. Sponsorship does not constitute endorsement by the SAS or its Board.
Participating sponsors must maintain all required business licenses.

SAS members receive a Discount at participating local partner stores—just show your membership card at checkout. These stores also generously donate gift cards for our monthly meeting raffles, so show them some support.
